HPCL places a representative at a clients site to act as a facilitator and single point of contact. This enables short lines of communication, direct progress reporting, customer access and a rapid response to programme change.
In house engineering department
Allows data receipt, engineering and CNC programming to be performed within the manufacturing facility to enable short leadtimes, lean manufacture and rapid problem resolution.
5 axis machining X 6
With 5 axis machines up to 2000 x 1800 x 1000, with in house programming we can offer enhanced product quality and reduced cost. This is achieved via reduced set up time (no more than two operations required) increasing the cutting time v total lead time ratio. We are now creating higher output productivity with fewer machine tools and this investment in 5 axis technology will continue.
