Today’s manufacturing market is characterised by lean manufacturing and minimal inventories. As a result the market demands a rapid engineering and manufacturing response while maintaining flexibility to perform small batch quantities.

This is where HPCL’s 3 & 4 Axis machines excel as they are simple and quick to set up, and are large enough to produce varying part sizes. In addition the bed size affords flexibility and these machines therefore lend themselves to short manufacturing lead times.

With size capacity up to 3 metres, all with multi tool magazines, HPCL believes it has the technology available to support our client’s short lead time demands.
